1. Data Controller

We keep data collection to the minimum required to answer enquiries and keep the site running:

• Contact form data. The name, email address and message you submit. These are used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Technical data. IP address and request metadata processed transiently by our hosting provider for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Aggregated usage data. Page-level visit statistics collected without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Contact form data is processed to respond to a request you initiated — a legitimate interest under Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and in the context of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Technical and aggregated data is processed for the security and continuity of the service. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

4. Processors and International Transfers

We share data only with service providers that operate the site on our behalf, under contract, and only to the extent needed:

• Our hosting provider — runs the server that serves this website, stores the mailbox that receives enquiries, and keeps short-lived technical logs.

What you send through the contact form is delivered by the mail server on that same hosting account and is not passed to any third-party email service. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

5. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and to keep a record of the business relationship, then deleted. Technical logs are retained for a short period for security purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

6. Cookies

This website sets no cookies at all, and carries no analytics or tracking scripts, so no consent banner is required. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of your data
• Object to processing and request that consequences of unlawful processing be remedied
